Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. This information is also made available in your Eden portal. Account > View Order History.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
