Welcome to Eden!
We’re excited to support you on your health journey. This guide answers common questions about starting with Eden, from understanding eligibility to getting your personalized treatment plan.
How do I start a treatment plan with Eden?
Getting started is simple. Begin by filling out our intake form, which includes your medical history and relevant health information. This step helps us tailor a treatment plan that meets your unique needs.
What happens after I submit the intake form?
Once you submit your intake form, a physician will review your health history within 1-2 business days. They may reach out with follow-up questions to ensure they have a complete understanding of your health. Check your secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal for any messages from your physician.
Can I continue with the dosage I’m already taking from another provider?
Yes, you can start with the same dosage you’re currently taking! During your enrollment, you’ll have the option to select your existing dosage. However, please note that adjustments to your dosage can only be requested at your first refill. For verification, your provider will ask for proof of your current prescription, which you can upload in your patient portal. Be sure to include all relevant details, such as your name, prescriber’s name, medication name, strength, and the prescription date.
What provider group will I be connected with?
Your care is managed by Beluga Health, P.A., a Florida professional corporation with its office located at 1321 Upland Dr., Suite 18399, Houston, TX, 77043. Dr. Jonah Mink, our Chief Medical Officer, leads this licensed provider group, which operates in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, to deliver high-quality care tailored to your goals.
Is Eden a legitimate provider?
Yes, absolutely. Eden was founded by experienced telemedicine professionals with a vision to improve the metabolic health of millions. We’re committed to providing trustworthy, patient-centered care, and if you ever need support or have concerns, please reach out to us.
What if my provider says it’s not medically appropriate for me to take this drug?
Your safety is our top priority. If our medical providers determine that the prescribed medication isn’t suitable for you, you’ll receive a full refund, and your subscription will be canceled. Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
What happens if my treatment is approved?
If your treatment is deemed appropriate, your provider will create a customized health plan just for you. Your prescription will then be sent to a 503A compounding pharmacy for further personalization, ensuring it meets your specific needs. This compounding process usually takes 3-5 business days.
What happens after my prescription is compounded?
Once your prescription is ready, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Our partners ship via UPS 2-day and USPS, typically Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
With these simple steps, you’ll be on your way to a personalized treatment experience with Eden. We’re here to make this journey as smooth as possible for you. If you have any further questions, reach out via your patient portal or submit a request—our team is ready to assist!
