The Eden Member Portal makes it easy to manage your treatment. Whether you need to pause, turn off auto-renewals, or cancel your plan, follow the steps below to take control of your treatment journey.
How to Pause Your Treatment
If you need to temporarily pause your treatment, follow these steps:

Log into your Eden Member Portal

Go to the Member Dashboard and click on Treatments

Select the treatment you wish to pause

Click on the Manage tab

Select Pause Your Next Shipment

Choose your next shipping date when prompted

Click Confirm to finalize your request
How to Turn Off Auto-Renewals
If you want to prevent your treatment plan from automatically renewing, follow these steps:

Log into your Eden Member Portal

Go to the Manage tab
-
Click Turn off auto-renewal

Confirm your selection to save your changes
Turning off auto-renewal will prevent your current plan from renewing, but will not stop any future shipments on the current plan. Please make sure to follow the steps above in order to select when you would like your next order to ship.
How to Cancel Your Treatment
Members can cancel their treatment plan directly through the Eden Member Portal.

Log into your Eden Member Portal

Go to the Manage tab of your treatment plan

Select End Treatment and follow the prompts to complete your request
Important: Members who submit cancellations will not be charged for future orders. However, members on 3, 6, and 12-month plans have prepaid for their treatments and will continue to receive their scheduled treatments until their plan is complete.
Medical Exceptions
If you are unable to continue your medication due to health reasons, you may reach out to your provider to discuss alternative options.

Click on Messenger

Select @Doctor to send a message to your provider

Your provider will review your situation and determine if you are unable to continue treatment with Eden
If your provider confirms that you cannot continue treatment, you may be eligible for a partial refund for any remaining, unshipped medication. Refunds will be based on the full monthly treatment price.
