What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed

Verify Tracking: Review your tracking link for the most up-to-date status from the carrier.

Missing Orders Marked as "Delivered"
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
Search the Perimeter: Check side doors, porches, backyards, or with neighbors to see if the package was left in a secure spot.
View Delivery Photos: Most carriers provide a delivery image within the tracking link; this can help you identify exactly where the driver left the box.
