Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Eden, we want to ensure you have full control over your treatment. Please review our policies regarding order cancellations and refunds below.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
Billing: You will not be billed if the cancellation occurs before the pharmacy stage.
Authorization Holds: You may see a "pending" charge on your statement. This is a temporary authorization hold that will be automatically released unless your prescription is processed and sent to the pharmacy.
Deadlines: To avoid charges, please submit your cancellation request before the pharmacy receives your order.
Refund Policy
To ensure member safety and adhere to strict regulatory guidelines, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a prescription has been processed and shipped.
If you have medical concerns regarding a medication you have already received, please contact your provider via the Eden Member Portal to discuss your health profile or alternative treatment options.
How to Manage or Pause Your Order
If you would like to stop your next shipment, you can do so directly in your portal:
Log into your Eden Member Portal.
Navigate to the Treatments section.
Scroll to Manage Your Subscription and select the Plan tab.
Click "Take a break" to pause your upcoming order.
Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize your request.
